🏈 Is There A 64 Bit Version Of Adobe Reader
Community Beginner , Feb 16, 2021. Adobe has now released a 64-bit version. The update is dated February 9, 2021. It's version 21.001.20135. It's currently limited to three countries: Britain, Australia, and New Zealand. Presumably it will be extended to the US and Canada later this year.
LEGEND , Dec 29, 2010. It is probably likely that a 64-bit version of Acrobat is in the future, but probably one or two major versions away. The 32-bit version works (for the most part, sometimes with workarounds) for the overwhelming majority of users, whether the OS is 64 or 32 bit, so the motivation is probably not that strong at the moment
For instance, if I wanted to install Acrobat Reader, I would enter the following code (where Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit is the name of the 64-bit version of Acrobat Reader in Windows Package Manager): winget install Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit. The latest version of the application will be downloaded from the vendor’s servers and then installed.

Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit (any version include latest version as of Jan 10, 2022) Based on our findings a C# or C++ ATL/MFC 64-bit program when using AcroPDF ActiveX control will hang. This issue is that control should be running in-process as is did for Acrobat Reader 32-bit but it actually is running out-of-process.
Step 2: Finish installation. Download free Adobe Acrobat Reader software for your Windows, Mac OS and Android devices to view, print and comment on PDF documents.
Hi, I am trying to get a hold of the Adobe Reader DC MSI installer. I signed up for the Distribution usage rights and was approved, but they sent me the link to the Adobe REader DC Distrobution Installer file.

Our packaging team has been evaluating a 64-bit Adobe Reader package, though there are issues that may prevent this from being possible. The 64-bit version of Adobe Reader that Adobe provides actually installs Adobe Acrobat (according to the registry and appwiz.cpl) and not Adobe Reader, which makes tracking "Free" vs "Paid" installations of

The version that we are currently on does not support the 64 bit version of Acrobat. Is there a way to force install the 32 bit version of Acrobat? A couple things I have tried: 1. Installing Acrobat from Adobe Creative Cloud used to install the 32 bit version by default, however within the last couple of months it now appears that it defaults
Not really. I can extract any AcroRdrDCx64*version*_*language*.exe and get these files: So I can deploy AcroPro.msi with GPO. If I do so I didn't get the latest patch and I can't deploy the msp-patchfile alone.
Later I noticed that I had links to both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions in Public Desktop and in my Start Programs list. I am happy enough to continue to use the 64 bit version but would like to remove the 32 bit one. However, the list of programs in Control Panel lists only the 64 bit version.
