🐏 Citroen Berlingo Ignition Barrel Problems

The speedometer on my 2008 M59 Partner van doesn’t work, Rev counter is working, fuel and temperature gauges are working, all the lights are working, etc, just not the speedo. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. However, this van has had a fair bit off repair work, please see below, just in case it has any bearing on a possible fault. Oil level is good and reading OK on the dash when I turn key in ignition. .
